Jo Simmonds was a multidisciplinary artist based in London. She was born in 1940 and studied at the Slade School of Fine Art in the 1960's and after graduating set up her own studio in London from where she produced paintings, prints and etchings. Jo has had pieces exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Artist's International Association Gallery in London and in the exhibition 'British Printmakers 1968-1970' by the British Council. Examples of her work are currently held in the V & A collection, the UCL Art Museum and the Government Art Collection.
