A pair of original Mid Century 'Maralunga' armchairs, designed by Vico Magistretti in 1973. A design classic and extremely comfortable these vintage Italian chairs were produced by Cassina and feature the original striped upholstery. The Maralunga range was described as "the embodiment of comfort", winning the Compasso d'Oro in 1979. Both chairs feature the Cassina label, adjustable headrests, and removable squab cushions. The muted tones of the striped fabric offset the statement shape and form of the lounge chair nicely, and these will work in a range of interior design schemes.
