A small Mid Century drinks cabinet with bar/storage compartments and a fold out top, by British maker Everest. This particular piece was designed as a cocktail cupboard and opens to reveal a deep bottle storage area with handy shelving to one side. The fold out top creates a preparation space for drinks. The folding top can also be used as a writing desk, with the storage area underneath being used for files, folders and documents.

Everest produced higher-end furniture in small quantities and retailed through independent stores like Heals of London. The cabinet is solid teak and features smart brass hardware and vintage self levelling feet by Armstrong Company London. The understated design, clean modernist lines and refined detailing, mean that this vintage piece will complement a range of interior styles.
