Pair Of Satellite Planters by Willy Guhl

£950.00

A pair of tilted ‘Satellite’ planters by Willy Guhl, pioneer of Swiss industrial design. These sculptural pieces are Mid Century originals from Guhl’s now iconic range for Eternit Switzerland, and will add impact and interest to your terrace or garden. Created from strong yet light fibre-cement these large plant pots have a wonderful shape and tactile raw texture. Priced and selling as a pair, both have Eternit production stamps to the base and drainage holes.

Height 36cm, Diameter 64cm.

Beautifully aged with a couple of small chips to the base (two are at the back, one at front). One planter has a light superficial crack on the inside, not particularly noticeable and would be covered once planted up.

Material note: This historic planter is made of fibre-cement by Eternit. These products are only intended for outdoor use and the surface layer should not be removed.
